Shipping & Returns
When the payment for the order is received by us before 5:00 PM, the package will be shipped the same working day. Please see below for an overview of order and delivery days. Packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are standardly delivered by PostNL. Orders over €75 will be shipped for free (standard shipping).

We are always dependent on the carrier to deliver the package. In 99.9% of cases, the rule "order before 5:00 PM on a working day, delivered tomorrow" applies. This is the promise PostNL has made to us. In exceptional situations, such as bad weather, public holidays, Black Friday, or a pandemic, these promises may not always be fulfilled. This schedule applies to both the Netherlands and Belgium.
OTHER CARRIERS
It is also possible to use other carriers such as DPD & DHL. For these carriers, the rule "order before 5:00 PM, delivered tomorrow" does not apply! Shipping with these carriers usually takes longer.
PICK-UP POINT / COLLECTION LOCATIONS
You also have the option to choose a collection point near you. You can pick up the package whenever it suits you, so you don’t need to be home for delivery. You can see which pick-up points are available in your area when you choose the "Pick up at a parcel point" option and use the "Select pick-up point" button. Our system will check in real-time which collection points are available for your provided postal code.
TRACK AND TRACE
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email with a link that allows you to easily track your order online. This email is sent when the package has been handed over to the carrier and has received its first scan. This can vary from daytime to nighttime. If you are not home when your package is delivered, it will be taken to the nearest pick-up location the next day or delivered to a neighbor who is home (if you do not want this, select "home address only," as explained below). The status of your package will automatically be updated in your Track & Trace overview. This will also indicate where your package is and what you may need to collect it. Always bring your ID to a collection point, just in case.
POSTNL - HOME ADDRESS ONLY
If you do not want your package to be delivered to a neighbor if you are not home, select the "Home address only" delivery option. If you are not home and have chosen this option, the package will be delivered to a nearby pick-up location. The Track & Trace email will show where the package will be delivered the next day and the expected delivery time.
Additional costs apply to a "home address only" delivery. This option is only available with PostNL in the Netherlands.
POSTNL - SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
If you want a signature upon delivery, you can choose this option. This is useful if the delivery address has a reception or concierge that accepts packages. You will know exactly who signed for your package and that it was delivered securely.
Additional costs apply for signature upon delivery. This option is only available with PostNL in the Netherlands.
POSTNL - EVENING DELIVERY
Are you often away during the day, or is it inconvenient for you to have your order sent to a collection point? Pompvoer now offers the option to choose evening delivery. During the checkout process, you will have an extra option to indicate whether you wish to receive your package in the evening.
PostNL does not deliver in all postal code areas or in the Wadden Islands region. This means that your package might not be shipped (on Friday). If no Saturday evening delivery is available, we will adjust the shipment to a regular delivery, so it might still be delivered on Saturday, instead of the following week. Additional costs apply to evening delivery. This option is only available with PostNL in the Netherlands.
RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, you can request it via email. You will then receive return instructions via email. To process a return, the products must not have been opened, and the seal must still be intact. If not, we unfortunately cannot process the return.
Returns that are not requested via email or not returned according to the return instructions cannot be processed. Please pay attention to the return address! Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving the package.
